Returns & Refunds
If your product has not yet been shipped by the seller to our control center, you can request a cancellation of your order through our site. You should keep in mind that the seller has the right to refuse the cancellation request due to the possibility that your product may have been shipped.
If your product has not been shipped to our control center by the seller within the first 3 business days, you can cancel your order until the product is shipped to you. However, in cases specifically stated in the product description, the exercise of this right may be limited.
Your refunds will be processed on the same day. The refund process may differ depending on your bank.
Unfortunately, we are unable to return or exchange products because they are sold by individual sellers who do not act for commercial purposes. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to take the product you have purchased and give a product other than our stock or to refund the fee because we are not the seller of the products.
If the product contains unexpected damage or if you believe that the product is not authentic, you can request an inspection within 1-3 business days.
Checks will be provided within 1-3 business days after your request is processed and the product reaches our center and if the return conditions are fulfilled, your payment refund will be made on the same day.
