Cancellation is possible until the item is shipped. After delivery, a review process applies.

Cancellation is possible until shipping.

    RequestYou can cancel your order as long as the seller has not shipped the item. Since it may already be on its way, the seller has the right to decline. In that case you can relist the item on sutore with no commission.

    ApprovalOnce your request is approved, your refund is initiated.
  3. 03
    RefundWe initiate your refund upon approval. Depending on your bank, the amount is returned within the legal period of 10 business days.
02 · Returns and review
Relisting is commission-free.

Because we act as an intermediary for individual sellers who do not trade commercially, unconditional returns are not offered on the platform and return requests are subject to the seller's approval. If you have changed your mind, you can relist the item on sutore with no commission. If you notice a problem with the item, opening a review request is all it takes.

    Review requestIf the item does not match the listing, has damage not shown in the listing or you doubt its authenticity, you can open a request within 1-3 business days including the delivery day.

    SendingOnce your request is processed, the item is sent to our control center. All checks are done by sutore.
  3. 03
    RefundWhen return conditions are met, we initiate your refund. Depending on your bank, the amount is returned within the legal period of 10 business days.
