Created from makeup artist Mary Phillips’ idea of a finishing touch, this top coat pairs the comfort of a balm with a glass-like finish. Worn alone, it leaves a natural wash of colour. Layered over lip liner or lipstick, it gives lips a fuller look. The non-sticky formula offers sheer-to-medium coverage. Palmitoyl Tripeptide-1 helps lips appear smoother and fuller, while jojoba, sweet cherry seed and rosehip oils ease the feeling of dryness. Lactic acid gently softens the lip surface.
