The On Running Cloudboom Max Honeydew Lilac, released in August 2025, is a highly cushioned performance running shoe designed for long-distance training and race day. Rather than elite racers, it is made for runners aiming to complete a marathon in four hours or more, without compromising on comfort or stability as the kilometres build. Honeydew and Lilac tones bring an unexpected yet balanced character to its technical silhouette. The breathable mesh upper moves naturally with the foot, while the integrated thin tongue and textured laces keep the midfoot secure. The soft PEBA top layer in the dual-density Helion™ HF foam enhances energy return, while the denser TPEE layer below keeps the high stack stable. A full-length glass-fibre-reinforced Speedboard® delivers a more controlled, fluid push-off than the firmer feel of carbon. The rubber outsole provides grip, while the 40 mm heel, 8 mm drop and rocker geometry create smooth transitions. Its True to Size fit also leaves room for wider feet.
