The Laarvee MeEagle Silver Precision Steel Jump Hour Watch is an automatic timepiece born from the LAARVEE × MR. BLACK collaboration. It places an animated character at the centre of mechanical watchmaking. Inspired by MeEagle, or Monkey-Eating Eagle, from the 1984 film Black Cat Detective, its dial captures the moment a chase moves from the forest floor into the sky. The character’s wing traces a curved arc as a retrograde minute hand. At the 60-minute mark, it snaps back to the start as the aperture jumps to the next hour. A 38 × 38 mm 316L stainless-steel case and sapphire crystal provide a clear, durable frame for the animated display. Its proportions offer a balanced presence for collectors seeking something distinctive without excess. Inside, the high-frequency Miyota 90S5 automatic movement winds via a unidirectional rotor and offers approximately 42 hours of power reserve. Water resistance is rated at 3 ATM for daily wear. The watch comes with both a stainless-steel bracelet with butterfly clasp and an rPET nylon strap, each interchangeable without tools. Produced under official licence from Shanghai Animation Film Studio, this model is not available on retail shelves in Türkiye.
