REFY Water Blush is a water-based liquid blush in a cushion format, created for REFY’s Watercolor Collection. Made in South Korea, it behaves differently from classic tube or pump blushes. Inspired by K-Beauty, the cushion surface releases colour gradually rather than all at once, creating a sheer, watercolor-like wash that builds naturally without looking overdone. The compact 7 g formula blends into skin quickly and leaves a fresh, dewy finish without feeling heavy. The Cerafluid ceramide complex helps support the skin barrier and retain moisture, while green tea water adds a light sense of comfort. Press a brush gently into the cushion and apply with soft tapping motions, then build the colour in thin layers if you like. The fragrance-free, non-comedogenic texture doesn’t leave a greasy feel, which makes it easy to refresh throughout the day.
