Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop Lépine Orenji Hachi
THE JOURNEY
Swatch x Audemars Piguet Royal Pop Lépine 'Orenji Hachi' is a modular watch developed by Swatch with Audemars Piguet. It brings the Royal Oak’s groundbreaking 1972 octagonal design into Swatch’s Pop universe. The name Orenji Hachi neatly captures the mood of the piece. A matte black Bioceramic case and vivid orange accents introduce the bee-inspired theme with direct but measured contrast. Across its roughly 41-42 mm case, the octagonal bezel and Grande Tapisserie dial texture remain intact. The Lépine concept turns the watch body into a form that can detach from the strap. That modular construction allows it to be used not only as a wristwatch, but also as a pocket watch or a desk clock. The biosourced plastic crystal keeps the feel light. 3 Bar water resistance is sufficient for everyday splashes. Orenji Hachi carries the playful side of the Royal Pop series through both colour and function. Limited to selected Swatch stores, this collaboration reaches Turkey through sutore after authenticity checks. A rare reference that can carry the Royal Oak line from wrist to pocket to desk.
