If your item has not yet been shipped by the seller to our verification center, you can submit a cancellation request for your order. Please note that, since the item may have already been handed over to the carrier, the seller reserves the right to decline your cancellation request.

Once your cancellation request is approved, your refund will be initiated by us. While the time it takes for the refund to appear on your original payment method may vary depending on your bank, it will be completed within the statutory period of 10 business days.

Return

As we provide an intermediary service for individual sellers who do not act for commercial purposes, no unconditional returns are offered on our platform. In addition, since we are not the seller of the item, unfortunately we are unable to exchange your purchase for another item in our inventory or accept it into our stock and issue a direct refund.

You can list items you purchased through our platform for resale commission-free.

If the item does not match the qualities stated in the listing, has damage that was not disclosed in the listing, or if you believe the item is not authentic, you may submit a review request within 1–3 business days, including the delivery day.

After your request is processed and the item reaches our verification center, the necessary checks will be carried out. If the return criteria are met, your refund will be initiated by us and, together with bank processing times, the amount will be reflected to your account within the statutory period of 10 business days.
