Oura Ring 4 Gold is Oura’s fourth-generation smart ring, designed with the ease of everyday jewellery in mind. Its fully titanium body takes on a gold tone through PVD coating, fitting naturally into the day without looking overtly technical. The most notable update from the previous generation is the removal of inner sensor bumps, leaving the inside of the ring entirely smooth for a more natural feel. Oura Ring 4 Gold measures 7.90 mm wide and 2.88 mm thick, weighing between 3.3 and 5.2 grams depending on size. Its Smart Sensing system adapts to the shape of your finger and changing signals throughout the day. Heart rate, HRV, blood oxygen and temperature changes are measured discreetly in the background. With water resistance up to 100 metres and a battery life of up to 5–8 days, it can stay on through sleep, showers and training.
