Oura Ring 5 Gold is OURA’s fifth-generation smart ring, designed to track sleep, activity and daily health data without a screen. Its warmer Gold tone has the appearance of traditional jewellery, finished in aerospace-grade titanium with a super-hard PVD coating. At 6.09mm wide and 2.28mm thin, it sits comfortably on the finger. Starting at 2g, it is 40% lighter than the previous generation and feels almost imperceptible throughout the day. The updated biometric system uses 12 light transmission channels to capture heart rate, HRV and SpO2 readings. A digital temperature sensor tracks changes in body temperature, while the accelerometer records movement and activity. With IP68 protection and 100m water resistance, there is no need to remove it for the shower, pool or training. Bluetooth Low Energy supports a battery life of six to nine days on a single charge.
